We aim to dispatch orders received by 12pm by the same day Monday to Friday. Orders received after 12pm will be dispatched next day or for orders placed Friday to Sunday, the following Monday. Orders placed on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Please not this may take longer during peak periods. If for any reason there is a delay on your order we will of course let you know.
Free Standard Delivery
We offer free standard delivery to England, Wales and Most of Scotland (subject to the exclusions below*).
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 service or DHL Tracked and aim to delivery within 2-3 days. Orders placed after 12pm Friday or on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched Monday.
Exclusions
*Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer delivery to Scotland Zones C and D (Postcodes AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, HS, KA and ZE) nor the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands or Northern Ireland.
Next day Delivery
We offer next day delivery (subject to the above exclusions) for £9.99 set fee. Next day delivery is available Monday- Thursday. Orders must be received by 12pm for dispatch same day, otherwise it will be sent next day. For orders received after 12pm on Friday or on a Saturday or Sunday, orders will be dispatched Monday. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 service or DHL Tracked 24.
We offer a free collection service from our shop at 26 The Marlets, Burgess Hill, West Sussex, RH15 9NN. Please select the collection option at checkout and we will send you an email when your order is ready for collection. Our shop is open seven days a week – Monday to Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 10-4pm.
You may return any item to us (excluding “personalised” or “Made to Order” items) for a full refund excluding delivery charges (if any). These must be returned within 14 days of receipt in the original packaging and at your costs.
We wrap all our items extremely well to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Unfortunately, despite our best effects, damage can occasionally occur during delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible following receipt should your order arrive damaged in any way. We will request photos to forward to our courier and offer you a replacement item(s).
