This is an Ivory Photo Picture Mount Cream Core Not a Frame. The Surface colour is Ivory also referred to as Vanilla, Light Cream and has a smooth finish.
What are the main features of the Standard Cream Core?
This is standard 14-play matboard that has been buffered, which means the centre and the backing paper have been treated with calcium to neutralize pH level, with enough left over to provide an alkaline reserve, to help protect against future acid problems. But, because buffering delays but does not prevent deterioration, this board is not suitable for conservation framing and is intended for use of decorative arts only. These boards have an off-white core cream core that will eventually darken.

All our Mounts are made and cut in UK by our professional picture framer’s. We cut all sizes from a 32”x42” board (813x1200mm) with our computer mount board cutter.
The board has specialist coatings are water based, fully recyclable and compostable, and contain no metallic pigments or plastic. All base papers and boards are from renewable sources or post-consumer recycled waste, and Forest Stewardship Council® certified.

Measurements supplied are external mount board size and openings in brackets we cut 2mm smaller all round so there is an overlap

We provide opening cut 2mm smaller all round to give an overlap on your artwork, in various sizes in cm, mm, ‘A’ sizes, and Inches.
We cut on a computer mount cutter that is calibrated using a calibrated metal ruler and cut to order.
We accept a tolerance of 0.5mm we check weekly.
We are happy to cut to custom sizes, we would ask you to select the size larger than you require and send us a message with your order and in eBay after you have ordered with the exact size you require.

We have 10 colours available with cream core.
Ivory comes as standard but Off White, Pure White , Red, Black, Dark Blue, Light/ Green Grey, Green and Brown/Sepia mount boards are also available in our eBay shop and other listings.
We provide a 4×44 fit 3×3” 76x76mm sample for £3.49 so that if you want to colour match or confirm the colour or shade.

How do I measure my picture?
The outside of your print, picture, photo mount will fit into the opening in the back of the frame.
I only need a frame
Just measure the outside size of your artwork, photo or mount. The frame will come with the opening in the back of the frame slightly bigger.
I would like a frame and mount.
Once you know how much of you image you want to show, window opening size. Then how much mount to show all round. Both together will give frame size.
I need a mount only.
You need the opening size for the window. You may need to account for an overlap. The outside size is the opening size in the back of the frame.
